PTMT Logo Preparing to Teach Mathematics with Technology

The Preparing to Teach Mathematics with Technology project has developed three sets of materials focused on major topics in middle and secondary mathematics focused on Algebra, Data Analysis and Probability, and Geometry. These materials have been used to prepare over 3,000 teachers to use technology in their classrooms. Each set of materials includes videos of students and teachers working with technology, and engages teachers in meaningful tasks that can enhance their understandings of mathematical content, teaching strategies, and the ways technology can afford deeper learning in mathematics. We now offer these materials for free as open educational resources. For more information read our research-based Guiding Framework.
